This ASP.NET component, based on AJAX technology, fully supports real-time customer support via chat. The Visitor side module allows visitors to register online and make a request for support (by chat); the component then places the chat request in queue.
The server side component processes the queue, displaying all support requests to all support techs currently logged in. The support tech accepts a request from the queue and begins chatting with the visitor, with the conversation fully recorded for later review.
