RichLiveHelp is an user-friendly chat interface component which provides a simple interface for support personnel to chat with customers. This ASP.NET component, based on AJAX technology, fully supports real-time customer support via chat. The Visitor side module allows visitors to register online and make a request for support (by chat); the component then places the chat request in queue.

The server side component processes the queue, displaying all support requests to all support techs currently logged in. The support tech accepts a request from the queue and begins chatting with the visitor, with the conversation fully recorded for later review.

- Online messaging: RichLiveHelp is an easy-to-use chat component with live messaging features.
- Support for multiple visitors: Multiple software executives can attend multiple requests randomly.
- Offline messaging: Visitors can send offline messages to software executives when they are not online. The messages are sent as mail to the respective supporting system.
- Message tracking: The conversation or the chat sessions can be transcribed into an XML file for future reference. This is especially useful when a new executive wants to have an idea of the previous history.
- Embedding into Email: The live help can be embedded into email so that customers can have access to support directly from their mailbox.
- Status icons: Clients can chat directly with support representatives and know online/offline status of each other instantaneously.
- Queuing of request: If no executives attend to a request, then it can be queued for any free representative to answer.
